Products delivered may exhibit some variations due to local or seasonal availability of blooms/products, particularly over peak periods such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas. If this occurs we will fulfil the order to equal value if the selected flowers/products are not available.
Please note that weekday deliveries are made during business hours (9am To 5.30pm) to business addresses and occasionally up to 7pm to hospitals and residential addresses. Deliveries on Saturdays are generally between 9am and 4.30pm but may also be later to hospitals and residential addresses.
While you may suggest a preferred delivery time i.e. morning or afternoon, we unfortunately cannot guarantee an actual delivery time excluding funeral deliveries where we will ensure delivery prior to the service time or contact you if this cannot be attained.

If ordered before 2pm on the previous business day. Delivery to some outer metro and rural area's may require a further 1-2 business days.
